We are liquidating our soft side portfolios. These are the Blue, Black, Red and Grey ones that you see everyone carrying around. Since they are being liquidated, the price for them has dropped down to an astonishing $4.99! So get one of these puppies as soon as possible, because once we are out of them, and the new shippment comes in, they go back up in price to $25.99.





We have our Silver White Brushes on Clearance aswell. These are going for 50% off, so get those soon too.


















Windsor Newton Sansodor is also on clearance. It is a odorless mineral spirit, and comes in 1 liter containers. This is on clearance, for $6.15, and is normally priced at $42.99.

Shown here is the 500 ml bottle, which we do not carry anymore, however we definately still have the 1 liter.

December Demonstration

Calligraphy, yes calligraphy will be offered in December. On Saturday, December 16th from Noon-2pm. I would definately sign up for this one, especially if you wanted to letter your own holiday cards. Mrs. Vicki Corwin president of the Michigan Association of Calligraphers will lead the demonstration. She will show line strokes, the very basis of calligraphy.

Saturday, January 20th from Noon-2pm : Matt Cutting Demonstration. Led by our own professional framer, OrLander Johnson.

Saturday, Feburary 17th from Noon-2pm : Paper Making Demonstration. Guest artist is Frank English. Frank teaches at the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center, and is an accomplished painter. Most of the surfaces he paints on have been made by him, many are sculptural paper canvases.

Christmas and other things to think about.

Just a little reminder that the Holidays are coming up pretty quickly. One of the radio stations has already started playing Christmas music 24/7. Our Holiday Sale has started, we have new art kits for kids, really nice writing pens, art kits for adults too.

If you wanted you could even buy an origional peice of art work. Not only do we have prints available in the store through our frame shop, but did you know our Artist of the Month's work is also for sale? This month we are proud to present Mara Millich, and her photography. Come check it out, and remember you can purchase these.

I hope everyone is voting tomorrow. Just another reminder. If you don't like the way things are then vote for someone who will change it. If you do like things the way they are, vote for someone who will keep them that way.

We want to thank everyone who participated in the Utrecht October Painting Competition, as you saw there were a lot of talented people who gave us some great paintings. It's going to be difficult to decide on a winner. But when we do, the lucky person will recieve a gift card of $100.00
